A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking, along with a signed wedding contract. 50% balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding.

Deposits and payments may be made via Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Chase Quick Pay, or by check.

Weddings happen rain or shine. An indoor, backup location should always be planned ahead of time and accordingly. Weather refunds will not be given if the wedding is still scheduled. If a wedding is rescheduled, the photos will also be rescheduled.

Copyright to the Photographic & Video work remains with the Photographer, who may use the images & video for portfolio, marketing, & social media purposes. The Client is granted unlimited personal-use rights, including printing and sharing the images & video by any means.

Additional hours may be added via mutual consent from bride & groom, as well as all photographers at a predetermined hourly rate.

All photographers will be entitled to one meal during dinner/reception.

All photographers are professionals, & expected to work in a safe & harassment free environment. Any harassment by anyone from the wedding may result in immediate termination of photography/videography services.

I like to think that I am fun to work with and easy to get along with. Also, essentially all of my clients have been the same. My best photos have come when everyone is in a good mood, and just having fun and enjoying themselves. If you are upset with your kids or dog, they know this, and it's not a great tone for the photoshoot. I have had many shoots where the best photos are at the end of the shoot when everyone has had a chance to relax and get the nerves out. I've been in front of the camera way too many times, I know the feeling. Just try to have fun with this: and enjoy the experience-)

It depends. Certain times of the year are busier than others, but I always try my best to accommodate and have flexibility. spontaneity can be fun. Yes, absolutely! I know many great locations depending on what exactly you are looking for. Let's talk and come up with a plan. The times of day around sunrise and sunset are best for light, generally speaking.

First and foremost, don't stress about having a bag full of "stuff". This experience should be fun and carefree all the way around. If we are going to be outside in the warmer months, bug spray is always recommended, as is sunglasses until we start taking photos. I would also recommend bringing a cold drink, especially for kids.

I have found that while I do tend to pose couple's, families, and kids for a few photos, generally my favorite photos are the moments when no one is paying attention, the candid moments. This is a photojournalist style.
